Steven Edwards Engineering is based just North of London. With our fully equipped workshop facilities and highly trained staff, we have the flexibility and skills to meet the needs of your company.
We provide technical assistance regarding all aspects of the operation, safety & maintenance of your machines. We are here to provide solutions that will keep your machine in top working condition and helping you with the day to day needs of your business.
Regular inspections and servicing, including test and certification, will help you get the most out of your machine, and we also offer a 'back to base' set fee servicing at our fully equipped workshop.
Key machine areas and settings are checked and adjusted as necessary. Problems are identified, and a quotation for repairs is provided before they are carried out.
We offer you individual attention, on site repairs wherever possible, and close links with all the major manufacturers including AATA, Cargomaster, Escalera, Lectrotruck, Liftkar, Powermate, Sunwa and Ultralift; keeping your machine down time to a minimum.
All of our service engineers are fully trained and are PAC/FTA approved to industry standard, which helps us give you the best coverage in the UK.
Are you complying with the law?
The latest legislations required under the Health and safety at work act: LOLER, PUWER AND PPE 1998 concerning material handling equipment, is that all machines undergo statutory inspections every 12 months and comprehensive records are kept available. For mobile work platforms, it is that all powered access machines undergo statutory inspections every 6 months and comprehensive records are kept available.
